Our approach to vehicle design begins with understanding performance needs and rider expectations. From there, we sculpt bodywork that expresses power, agility, and control. Working closely with Access Motor, we define the proportions, volumes, and stance of each ATV — ensuring that every curve and contour contributes to both visual impact and practical function. Through iterative sketching, 3D modeling, and hands-on refinement, we bring physical form to bold ideas and real-world requirements.
Beyond form, our work establishes the visual character that gives each vehicle its identity. We develop cohesive styling elements — from lighting signatures to surface transitions and color/material choices — that align with the brand while giving each model its own unique attitude. Our goal is to ensure that every vehicle feels instantly recognizable, both as part of a product family and as a distinct presence in the off-road world. Great component design isn’t just about the look — it’s about how seamlessly a part fits into the machine. We experiment with material textures, finishes, and color matching to ensure visual and physical integration. Our work in plastic part development focuses on strength, precision, and manufacturability, optimizing each piece for production without sacrificing the design vision. The result is a system of parts that feel custom-built, yet fully aligned with vehicle performance.
We conduct detailed ergonomic studies to understand posture, reach, comfort, and control across a wide range of user types and riding scenarios. Whether designing for everyday utility or high-performance sport use, we tailor seat geometry, control placement, and cockpit layout to promote a confident, natural ride position that enhances the connection between rider and machine.
Clay modeling plays a critical role in this phase — allowing us to physically sculpt and evaluate surfaces at full scale, refine form in real time, and ensure the design feels just as right as it looks.
