EV04 is an all-electric ATV designed for seamless adventure. With a clean, purpose-driven form and adaptable performance, it becomes a natural extension of your journey—quiet, capable, and always ready to explore deeper.
The design of EV04 began with bold sketches that explored the essence of adaptability, utility, and electric performance. Early concepts focused on clean silhouettes and strong geometric cues to reflect both off-road durability and modern minimalism. Through multiple iterations, we refined the proportions to emphasize compact strength and rider-centered functionality—capturing a vehicle that feels agile, dependable, and built for the wild.
The EV04’s design journey extended beyond the vehicle’s core form to include functional systems like lighting. We developed a bespoke lighting solution integrated seamlessly into the vehicle’s frame, ensuring both rugged durability and visual clarity. The lighting design balances utility and style—enhancing safety in low-light environments while reinforcing EV04’s modern, clean design language.
To expand its versatility, we also designed a complete range of extended accessories. These include front and rear cargo racks, tool mounts, and modular storage systems—all engineered to complement the vehicle’s structure without compromising handling or aesthetics. Whether used for recreation, logistics, or utility, each accessory is designed for plug-and-play integration, allowing riders to tailor the EV04 to their needs while preserving its cohesive identity.
Our digital modeling phase brought precision and realism to the project. Using 3D surfacing tools, we translated hand sketches into buildable geometry, refining each surface and junction for clarity and manufacturability. Special attention was given to the vehicle’s structure, mounting interfaces, and part integration to ensure performance and ease of assembly, while maintaining the design’s bold visual identity.
The color, material, and finish strategy of EV04 underscores its rugged personality. We chose a muted, earthy palette accented by industrial blacks and deep metallics, evoking confidence and durability. Materials were selected not only for aesthetics but also for real-world resilience—weather resistance, tactile comfort, and ease of maintenance. The result is a look that’s clean, grounded, and ready for hard use.
